OURS is a venture-backed startup redefining what it means to go to couples counseling, making proactive relationship health more accessible and modern for millennial couples. We’ve built & iterated with thousands of couples who describe OURS as a life-changing experience and we are now at an exciting phase as we prepare to come out of stealth mode and officially launch into the world.
At OURS, we’re working on creating a world where relationships are happier, healthier, and longer-lasting. We’re innovating by creating real-time, multiplayer, interactive applications that help couples become closer in their relationship through content driven experiences.
As a Customer Love Specialist, you’ll play an instrumental role in the most important part of many people’s lives: their relationships. You’ll be the first point of interaction with couples who are wondering about OURS and who are currently in the OURS experience. You’ll answer questions, solve challenges and go above & beyond to ensure that they not only have a good experience with OURS, but that they truly love **the experience.
You’ll often be the first person that someone talks with at OURS, and often the first person someone might be talking to about couples’ counseling and mental & emotional health. We are looking for someone who is deeply empathetic, a great communicator and ideally, has a background in psychology and/or experience working with couples or in the mental health space.
